Feb. 11, 2014 - PRLog -- FORT MYERS, Fla. (February 11, 2014) – Jonathan Myers of LandQwest Commercial represented the buyer, Progressive Ventures Holdings, LLC, in the acquisition of a 4,012 square foot office building located at 4202 W Linebaugh Avenue in Tampa, Florida for $395,000.00.

TSN, LLC purchased a 1,960 square foot office condo at First Street Center, 2401 First Street in Fort Myers, Florida for $144,000.00. Bryan Myers and Bob Pekol negotiated this sale for the owner.

Adam Palmer, CCIM, represented the buyer, DAK Property Holdings, Inc., in the purchase of 1.19 acres of land at 14101 N Cleveland Avenue in North Fort Myers, Florida for $90,000.00.
