ARLINGTON, Texas - Feb. 9, 2014 - PRLog -- I’ve experienced keloids and rosacea, and out of the two, rosacea is hands-down the nastier one! My keloids were relatively easy to treat. A topical cream prescribed by my dermatologist did the trick.

My rosacea condition on the other hand, wasn’t that easy to get rid of. Treating rosacea naturally was an option that I wanted to try initially, but I decided to consult my dermatologist instead because of her success in solving my keloid problem.

Back then, I had a bunch of mini bright red bumps on my face. They congregated all over both cheeks as well as on the chin area.

I was prescribed a cream called metronidazole and sadly, the thing didn’t help at all. Found out later on that treating rosacea naturally was the approach that I should’ve taken from the start.

Natural solutions work like a charm, but you must have a step-by-step plan in place along with the discipline to follow that plan through.

By the way, if you’re looking for a solid step-by-step plan or program on treating rosace naturally, then you may want to head over to the link you see below.

That’s the program I followed strictly for weeks with huge success as those horrible red bumps haven’t manifested in months. It’s like a personal companion for sufferers who are interested in ways to treat rosacea naturally by attacking the underlying cause of the condition.

Believe me, there are several highly effective ways to treat rosacea naturally, and one of them is by following the proper diet. The right diet is so important, yet so many rosacea sufferers tend to neglect this part of the treatment.

They keep focusing on topical creams, topical this, topical that...in the end, the condition remains as persistent as ever.

Here’s some stuff that rosacea sufferers should avoid...

- Cut your booze intake. If possible, eliminate it altogether. Beverages that are high in alcohol content can aggravate the condition.

I speak from experience here. Back in the day, I like drinking beer a lot and when I stopped cold turkey, that burning sensation I often felt on my cheeks went down a few notches.

- Avoid highly acidic drinks such as carbonated beverages and citrus juices. Pores can get expanded by high acidic drinks because they act as vascular dilators. When the pores get expanded that way, it leads to flushing of the skin.

- No spicy foods. This is common sense I know, but some rosacea sufferers out there have no idea that spicy foods are bad for their condition.

Heck, I used to be ignorant about this crucial fact. Curry and salsa were dishes that I’d eat at least once a week. As soon as I discovered that they actually worsen my facial rosacea, I immediately stopped eating them.

Once you know which foods to eat and which to avoid, you can progress to the next step, which is to utilize natural ingredients to keep rosacea at bay.
One natural ingredient that I find very helpful is licorice herb. For your info, a study was conducted whereby 62 rosacea patients were subjected to 30 days of licorice herb treatment.

By the end of the 30-day period, the doctors in charge of the study discovered that the condition of all patients had improved considerably.

Pretty amazing eh?

Yep, believe it or not, the unassuming licorice herb is actually one of the best ways to treat rosacea naturally.

There are plenty more all-natural methods to help you put away your rosacea condition for good, but I can’t possibly cover them all here.

That’s why I suggest you take a look at the Rosacea Free guide which is a very detailed resource material put together by alternative medicine practitioner, Laura Taylor.

She’s the go-to person when it comes to matters concerning treating rosacea naturally. Her guide is loaded with essential info that I’m sure is going to help you immensely. You can check out her guide via the link below.
