Mefanamic Acid and Paracetamol Suspention
Mefanamic Acid and Paracetamol are the non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs. These are used majorly to relive pain and are general advised for oral administration.
It also reduces inflammation and inhibits prostaglandin synthesis as well. Hepatic function is very necessary for normal removal of mefanamic acid and paracetamol. Hence people with liver deficiency are advised low dose. And same is the case with people with Kidney failure.

Mechanism of action
It binds with prostaglandin synthetase receptors like COX-1 and COX-2. Hence symptoms of pain and inflammation are completely reduced. It is rapidly absorbed. 52% is excreted in urine.
