These top leaders will oversee between three and five stores each and be in supervisory positions over five to seven Marketing Representatives as well. As Account Managers, they will be participating in interview sessions and will be instrumental in the hiring decisions of the firm. With the new duties of maintaining compliance for all stores they manage, undertaking public speaking events and training up new leaders, these individuals will be challenged by increased responsibility.

Another team member at Power Position Group, Kyle, is a mere qualification from being promoted to Assistant Manager. This responsibility is given to those who have consistently shown leadership qualities on many fronts, including human resource issues, client relations and advanced marketing techniques. Kyle’s business law and social media prowess will also be deciding factors in this upcoming promotion. Once he reaches the finish line, his responsibilities will also increase, making him accountable for assisting the leadership and recruitment teams, as well as providing in house training of employees, and overseeing accounting and finance.
