Scientia strengthens its management with the appointment of Allen Scott as Chief Operating Officer

Feb. 7, 2014 - PRLog -- Scientia, the global leader in timetabling and resource management solutions for the Higher Education sector, has appointed Allen Scott as its Chief Operating Officer, responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s global operations.

As well as ensuring Scientia solutions are delivered and supported to the highest standard, Allen will be responsible for driving growth in the UK and globally.

Allen has 20 years experience in the software industry and a proven track record in successful solution delivery and customer engagement, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Scientia, Allen worked in executive positions at various software and consulting organisations, including Iris Software and Services as Director for Professional Services and Customer Support; Reply SpA as a partner; and Manhattan Associates as vice-president, EMEA Operations. He holds a 1^st class Honours Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Liverpool.
