Carterfornia Set To Perfrom At Hype Underground West Coast Cypher Series

Feb. 6, 2014 - PRLog -- Smooth Media Productions is happy to announce Carterfornia will be performing at Hype Underground West Coast Cypher Competition Series. Carterfornia also will be joining a list of hip-hop artists performing in the first West Coast Cypher Competition Series Thursday February 28 2014 at 333 LIVE in Los Angeles, CA.  The competition is title after the online radio show Hype underground which will be hosted by King Pharaoh and Miss LA of Hype underground.

This groundbreaking event will finally give artists a real opportunity in networking and marketing as they take the stage to compete for a customize championship belt and be title West Coast Cypher Champion. Each show will feature twelve rap and hip-hop artists performing in a three round competition with eliminations at the end of each round to find out who will move on to the next show ultimately awarding one person a customize championship belt plus the winner will receive a Video Shoot and Artists Release Party and SO MUCH MORE!!!

Carterfornia debut her Smoke City single from her yet-to-be-titled upcoming album on Hype underground and is currently on rotation on indie100.  She choose the name Carterfornia to represent her family and the West Coast. Carterfornia is 23 years young, started rapping in 2011 with a group of friends and started a group called Audacidy with two other ladies. After awhile the group split Carterfornia continued rapping and finished her first mixtape called Runner Up (symbolizing her journey entering the music industry) with 17 tracks. The Runner Up mixtape is a combination of all remixes of the hottest songs from 2012.

When writing a song I choose from the hottest songs and remix their beat, it's my way of shouting out the artist and catching the fans attention. My most inspiring artist is Tupac.  Carterfornia also has a custom-made clothing line called Mackin to influence ladies that they can still make money and be sexy without calling themselves a bad bitch.
