Press Conference at Market One Media Group re: New Westminster Fire Victims Financial Assistance

Feb. 6, 2014 - PRLog -- Market One Media Group is making the official anouncement of a substantial  financial contribution to assist the victims of last weeks apartment fire get moved into their new homes. Kary Movers Ltd has been donating time and resources to collect and storing donations of clothing, furniture, small appliances, TV's, beds, kitchenwares, personal care items and much more over the past week. Sorting and distribution has been ongoing. Some of the victims have received some assistance already on essentials and will be attending the warehouse to pick out more items to get set up in their new homes.

The partnership with Market One Media Group will allow Kary Movers to deliver all furniture and items for the victims when they are ready to receive it all. Kary Movers Ltd has been proud to be a part of the relief project for victims and is excited to see another company come forward to help the people in our community in most need. Kary Movers is also seeking a secondary distribution point in New Westminster to make it easier for the victims instead of having to come to the secured warehouse in Surrey. As many victims were seniors, this would be best for them to come and pick out beds, furniture etc.

Farhan Lalani of Market One Media Group was concerned about all of the displaced residents and wanted to get involved to help. The offer of assistance to get victims moved into their new homes and situated will take a great deal of stress off of the victims in terms of getting setup in their new homes. The involvement of the Market One Media Group team could make the difference for many of the residents.

This futher demonstrates that there are so many people and companies which care and want to get involved in making a difference in our community.
