Rightsize Facility Performance Announces Promotions

CHICAGO - Feb. 6, 2014 - PRLog -- Mason Awtry, President of Chicago-based Rightsize Facility Performance (Rightsize), a nationwide office interiors and facility services firm serving corporate clients in transition, announced the promotion of Jason Abrahams from marketing and communications manager to marketing director, and Ruth Minnick from senior account manager to senior account manager/team lead, Chicago Loop office.

“I am extremely proud of our dedicated professionals,” said Awtry. “Ruth and Jason have been excellent additions to our team, and I look to them for their leadership in 2014 as we grow our operations.”

Based in the Firm’s Chicago office, Mr. Abrahams, 29, is charged with developing and executing Rightsize’s brand strategy and implementation, as well as business development, throughout the U.S. Prior to joining Rightsize he served as marketing manager with Club Colors Buyer, LLC, a brand management and promotional products agency based in Schaumburg, Illinois.

Mr. Abrahams earned an MBA from DePaul University’s Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami (Florida).

Ruth Minnick, 32, was promoted from senior account manager to senior account manager/team lead, Chicago Loop office. The ASID and LEED GA certified interior designer joined the firm in September 2013 and has quickly strengthened the firm’s sales and prospecting efforts. In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities, Ms. Minnick has been charged with overseeing the Chicago Loop office’s expansion in 2014, which will also include a transition to larger office space. Before joining Rightsize she was a senior interior designer with Susan Friedman Design Group in Chicago.

Ms. Minnick earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Wayne State University. She is currently studying for a Masters in Transformational Leadership and Coaching at Wright Graduate University and is expected to earn her degree in summer 2014.
