North Pinellas County Florida Realtor Report For 2013

PALM HARBOR, Fla. - Feb. 6, 2014 - PRLog -- As a Palm Harbor - Clearwater home owner I am sure you receive post cards, mail campaigns and general marketing from numerous Real Estate Companies ALL CLAIMING to be number one in their market.  It's actually funny sometimes.  I mean, how can everyone be number one?   Another one of my favorites is when a agent claims to be in the top 5%.  Sounds impressive, right?  Well, when you consider we have roughly 5,000 Realtor's in our market, this claim simply means they are in the top 250.  OK, as I am making friends here, I will stop with my commentary and just quote the factual statistical data for 2013 as reported from PROTECH.

· The average Realtor sells 5 homes a year and 80% of the Realtor's in our market are part time agents.  The Dietz Team sold 125 homes in 2013 with total sales of $26,000,000.

· The Dietz Team finished number 8 out of 5,000 agents in our market.

· The Dietz Team sold 125 homes in 2013 with a goal of 180 homes sold in 2014.

· Re/Max Realtec is the number one Real Estate office (Based on homes sold per agent)  in our market with 2,495 total homes sold in 2013  for an average of 22 homes sold per agent.

By comparison, the remaining top 5 offices sold:

Keller Williams St Pete— 1,362 homes sold for an average of 8.4 homes sold per agent

Re/Max Metro St Pete -- 1,113 homes sold for an average of 15.4 homes sold per agent

Smith and Associate -- 666 homes sold for an average of 9.6 homes sold per agent

Coldwell Banker Tampa Road—760 homes sold for an average of 13 homes sold per agent

· Re/Max Realtec is the number one Re/Max office in the state of Florida

· Re/Max Realtec has the most agents in the top 25 with 6.
