Teleskopik Recordings presents 'Southbound / Sax On Fire' by Wiseman TheFamous

BRUSSELS - Feb. 6, 2014 - PRLog -- This 2-track EP kicks off with ‘Southbound’ a brilliant minimal techno track with a driving, infectious beat weaving through an array of crisp minimal bleep sounds creating an instantly identifiable track. The flip-side ‘Sax On Fire’ entrancingly combines groovy tech-house beats with an insistent melody, resulting in a distinct dance floor track sure to please many DJs.

Wiseman TheFamous, real name Otsile Wiseman Tshebo, was born and raised in Botswana where House music forms 80% of every nightclub and radio station playlist.

With such a heavy House music influence running through his veins it wasn’t surprising, after Otsile moved to the UK to study at Cardiff University, that he started DJ’ing at college house parties and clubs. His interest and passion for music was now truly awakened, and wanting to learn more he attended a part-time DJ course at the DJ Academy UK, where he studied producing and was encouraged to experiment with all kinds of genres from Hip Hop and Drum & Bass to Tribal House.

However, it wasn’t long before Otsile fell in love with the futuristic sounds and vibrant rhythms of Tech-House and Minimal Techno. His belief and passion for interesting and creative music led him to become an instrumental and active member of the ‘House University Clan’: a group of highly motivated and talented House music Producers and DJ’s based in Botswana.

‘Southbound’ is his debut EP and a beginning of good things to come.
