LAZ Parking raises $10,000 for The Challenged Athletes Foundation® (CAF)

SAN DIEGO - Feb. 5, 2014 - PRLog -- LAZ Parking, the third largest parking operator in the U.S., and fifth largest globally, brought employees to San Diego for its annual meeting while raising funds for the Challenged Athletes Foundation® (CAF).

More than 75 company employees ran a course through downtown San Diego accompanied by local athletes from CAF. Following the run, a check for $10,000 was presented to CAF.

Laz Parking has had long standing support for CAF, a unique nonprofit organization that provides opportunities and support to people with physical disabilities so they can pursue active lifestyles through physical fitness and competitive athletics.

The event coincided with LAZ Parking's annual meeting for its San Diego operations and to celebrate it’s re-branding to LAZ Parking, formally Sunset Parking.

LAZ Parking operates the 7,000-plus person company in 1,800 locations across the country, including many of the original locations from the company’s 1981 inception.
