PRINCETON, N.J. - Feb. 5, 2014 - PRLog -- Inspector Protector founder Joseph Ganguzza recently announced that beginning in 2014, his company would donate $25 of every home inspection fee each month to support the efforts of Raritan Valley Habitat for Humanity (RVHFH). This first monthly donation of  $225 will help cover the costs of building materials such as siding, flooring and windows needed by RVHFH to build homes, communities, and hope in Central New Jersey.

As a home inspector, Joseph Ganguzza often gets to be a part of many people’s dream o­f homeownership, but he is very conscious of the fact that affordable housing is one of the most pressing needs facing central New Jersey. With continued monthly donations from his business Inspector Protector, he hopes to help families in need break the cycle of poverty by building long-term financial security in a thriving neighborhood.

About Inspector Protector Inspector Protector founder Joseph Ganguzza has more than 25 years of experience in the home construction industry. He is a New Jersey State licensed home inspector with additional licensing from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection for wood destroying insect inspections and radon gas measurement as well as an International Association of Indoor Air Consultants Level 1 Certified mold inspector. Mr. Ganguzza provides home inspection, indoor air quality inspection, energy inspection and asbestos sampling throughout Northern New Jersey including Morris, Somerset, Hunterdon, Essex, Hudson, Sussex, Passaic, and Warren Counties. He is an active member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors and is certified by the North American Technician Excellence in heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration.
