A dedicated Customer Success Manager from MediaAgility will oversee the delivery of each of these elements to ensure the customer has the best possible Google Apps experience.

Enhanced Technical Support: Advanced support to Google Apps clients including Prioritized Response Times to ensure timely responses to customer issues, dedicated Support with CSM to ensure support via operational calls, service reporting and quarterly service reviews and service management.
Proactive Communications that include Product Communications to help the client understand and prepare for visible changes and release notifications during Service Reviews, access to Premium Online Community to get early notification and access to exclusive resources, news and developments on Google Enterprise products and services and invitations to In-Person Events such as customer connect conferences to bring all customers together to interact with Google experts, MediaAgility experts from deployment and product managers.
