Scott is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, Realtor and a member of the California Association and National Association of Realtors and the Inland Valleys Association of Realtors. He earned Master of Arts and Bachelors of Science Degrees in Business Administration and Management at the University of Redlands and Senior's Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Shortsale and Foreclosure Representative (SFR) Certifications from the National Association of Realtors.
