By: KidLinks Foundation Symphony of Chefs attendees will experience an evening of fine dining like no other, starting with a cocktail reception with music performed by members of the Dallas Chamber Symphony, followed by renowned area chefs each preparing a five-course dinner tableside exclusively for a table of 10. The chefs will create their own menu, select complementing wines, and interact with table guests while preparing their gastronomical masterpiece. “We have an outstanding and award-winning group of chefs for this year’s Symphony of Chefs, and we are so grateful for their contribution to this worthy cause,” says Bonnie Shea, KidLinks Board Member and Co-chair for Symphony of Chefs. “The participation of these amazing chefs will go a long way toward making a big difference in thousands of little lives.” This year’s event Co-chairs are Bonnie and Nathan Shea, and Summer and Jeff Olmstead. The Dallas Chamber Symphony is this year’s musical partner. For more than 14 years, The KidLinks Foundation has been improving the emotional and physical needs of children by directly funding therapeutic music initiatives in Texas.
