Matthew Martin named partner at Gaebe, Mullen, Antonelli & DiMatteo

CORAL GABLES, Fla. - Feb. 4, 2014 - PRLog -- Gaebe, Mullen, Antonelli & DiMatteo, a business litigation firm with offices in Coral Gables and West Palm Beach, has named Matthew C. Martin partner.

Mr. Martin had been an associate in the 19-lawyer firm. He began as a law clerk in 2006 and as an attorney in 2008. Mr. Martin lives in Miami and works in the Coral Gables office.

Mr. Martin has handled a wide range of cases, including nursing home litigation, assisted living facility litigation, premises liability, personal injury and wrongful death litigation, transient voltage surge suppressor/surge protector fire litigation, product liability, adversary proceedings in bankruptcy, first-party property litigation, construction defect issues, and insurance coverage issues for a wide range of clients.

Mr. Martin is admitted to practice in all state courts, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Mr. Martin received his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was Litigation Skills Program Honors Recipient, and his B.A. from Emory University in Atlanta.
