The limiting factor for emerging biologic technologies is producing sufficient quantities of materials for advanced studies. Many technologies fail at the early stage because of a lack of capital resources available for pinpointing and overcoming the challenges associated with moving from small flask production to >10 L scale. The flexible bio-production platform developed by BCOD will enable companies to move product through development cycles with greater efficiency.
