Cyndee Zandes Named CEO Of Entrusted Legacy, NPO

Long-time supporter of after-school starts venture with local non-profit

Feb. 3, 2014 - PRLog -- February 3, 2014 – Bakersfield, CA

With the start of a new year, CynDee Zandes has been named CEO of Entrusted Legacy, NPO. In effort to strengthen ETL’s long term goals, the Board unanimously voted in Zandes. Zandes will bring her current expertise in after-school programs alongside ETL to fortify the organizations impact in supporting youth and adults after-school programs.  Ultimately Zandes will also work with the current team to expand the organizations current focus on adults in after-school programs to broader sectors such as health and wellness, focus on the family, substance support and many others.

Zandes worked for 39 years to provide children and youth with opportunities to enrich their lives. Educator, trainer, speaker, musician, and writer, Zandes will no-doubt bring ample experience to support ETL. Zandes has been instrumental in the after-school community and beyond. She will maintain her current position with the following organizations:  Chief Program Officer for THINK Together - a non-profit providing after-school and educational services across Southern California, her supporter for California After School Partnership as a member of the Advisory Team, one of the twenty-five national Afterschool Alliance Ambassadors, and Master Consultant for Consult4Kids.  It is an exciting change that ETL will gladly embrace.
