Mr. Terwilliger holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Southern California. His extensive work history involving indoor air quality (IAQ) and building science issues began with a position as a research assistant at UC Davis where he studied improved methods for integrated pest management. He then began his career working for several major environmental consulting firms where he conducted everything from Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments to sampling for air contaminants such as lead, asbestos and microbial pollutants.
