Model Call for 2014 New Faces of Fashion Show Featuring Children with Down Syndrome

New Faces of Fashion will produce it’s 3rd event which will feature individuals with and without Down syndrome to participate in their fashion show and new magazine.

DALLAS - Feb. 3, 2014 - PRLog -- Dallas, Texas - New Faces of Fashion (NFOF) is hosting a model call in search of 20 individuals between the ages of 5 to 21 to participate in their fashion show at Lofty Spaces on Sunday, April 13, 2014. NFOF is looking for models with Down syndrome and without, to promote inclusion of people with Down syndrome within the fashion industry. Selected models will participate in a high fashion photo shoot which will be featured in the NFOF’s new magazine and released in the Summer of 2014.

The model call will be held on Sunday, February 9, 2014 from 2 PM to 6 PM at the Holiday Inn Dallas Market Center, 4500 Harry Hines Blvd, Dallas, TX 75219. All participants must register online at https://2014nfofmodelcall.eventbrite.com for an interview. “Of course we want the right people with the ‘look’ but overall we are looking for models with personality, who are not afraid to be themselves and who like to have fun,” states Fashion Show Director/Wardrobe Stylist, Ivory Narvell.

Various models will be selected to participate in the fashion show in front of 300 guest. The venue for the fashion show is perfect for the models to be showcased to the fashion industry while having luxury accommodations prior to the show like supermodels. The fashion show will have the perfect lighting, while the music will be provided by celebrity DJ, Junior in the Mix from 106.1 KISS FM.

Some models will be selected for the photography exhibit or the new magazine which will be shot by renowned photographers such as Tonya Dailey, Greg Daniels Photography and Tiffany Carter with Grace Hill Images, just to name a few. Wardrobe stylists for the event will include Ivory Narvell, Willie Johnson, Cristina Wilson, Brittany Washington and Chanel Johnson with makeup and hairstyling by Lauren Bridges-Martz who will also coordinate the beauty staff for the fashion show.

This event is more than an fashion show, photography exhibit and a magazine. NFOF will host their 2nd silent auction donating 100% of the proceeds to the Down Syndrome Guild of Dallas during the fashion show.
