After meeting many people with celiac disease Gary White, Gary’s Seasoning founder and CEO, knew he needed to remove gluten from his products. Since the ingredients that contained gluten were a small percentage of his blends, Gary was able to make the changes without affecting the flavor or quality of his seasoning.
“We love talking directly to our customers and getting feedback at farmer's markets and special events,” said Gary. “We have had many people tell us that they are allergic to gluten, and now we can provide our seasoning to them,” he added.
Gary’s Seasoning was founded in 2009 and is based in Oak Hills, California. They provide several blends of all purpose seasoning including two salt free blends and a BBQ rub. Their products are sold online, at local farmers markets, and special events in Southern California. Gary’s Seasoning is family owned and operated.
