Skylar Dharma Schmitt has Launched her Debut Book

LONG BEACH, Calif. - Feb. 1, 2014 - PRLog -- Despite being only 8, Skylar Dharma Schmitt has already published a book and is pledging to donate 50% proceeds of the sale to her Maple Village Waldorf School. Her innovative book, "Imagination Land" is the result of the endless imagination of a child, and the skill of an artist, Nicole Ichtertz.

I loved sitting with my 5 year old son and exploring each image with excitement about the truly imaginative, surprising, and sweet things we would find. Skylar is a local of Long Beach, California. She is a 3rd grade student. After publishing this first book she set a goal to publish one book each year.
