DealerRater winners of the 2014 Dealer of the Year Award Program, receive this honor for their distinction in outstanding customer service based upon customers’ reviews of their dealership experiences shared on DealerRater’
The Dealer of the Year Award Program
DealerRater's Dealer of the Year Award Program recognizes a select number of car dealerships throughout the United States and Canada for outstanding customer satisfaction as expressed through customers' online reviews posted on DealerRater.
DealerRater's Dealer of the Year awards are given each February to car dealerships that have the highest PowerScore in their brand category, both at national and state levels. Each dealership's PowerScore is determined using a Bayesian algorithm that considers the dealership's average DealerRater star rating and the total number of reviews written about the dealership during the calendar year.
DealerRater founder and chief technology architect Chip Grueter said the 2014 award winners demonstrated consistently high PowerScore ratings for customer satisfaction, placing them in the top of their class.
The dealership must also have had at least 25 new reviews written on DealerRater’
