Shared Space Operator Quest Workspaces Leases 21,600 Square Feet at 8200 Doral Office Building

MIAMI - Jan. 31, 2014 - PRLog -- Just one year since winning the leasing assignment at the 8200 Doral office building, Blanca Commercial Real Estate (http://www.blancacre.com/) has taken the building’s occupancy rate from 50 percent to 80 percent. The latest tenant to lease space at the building is Quest Workspaces (http://www.questworkspaces.com/), which will occupy 21,600 square feet of space. All told, the past year has seen new leases totaling 38,000 square feet of space at the 101,144 square foot building.
