Sample The World’s Best Culinary Delicacies Without Leaving Chattanooga

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. - Jan. 31, 2014 - PRLog -- Dreamed of sampling crepes from France? Paella from Spain?  Baklava from Greece?  Blini from Russia? Arroz Con Pollo from Cuba?  Then Broad Street Grille (http://www.broadstreetgrille.com)’s new monthly culinary promotion, Around the World with Food, may be the adventure you are looking for.

         Each month chefs from the popular Chattanooga restaurant will give foodies the chance to choose the cuisine they would like to sample. Participants will make their nominations for the country’s cuisine to try on The Chattanoogan’s Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/chattanooganhotel) page and on Twitter (http://www.twitter.com/thechattanoogan).   The top three choices will be voted on via Facebook and guests will be surprised on the night of the dinner when they find out which country was the monthly winner.

Based on the feedback received on The Chattanoogan’s social media sites, The Chattanoogan’s executive chef Adam Roe and his culinary team will prepare an amazing four-course dinner of cuisine from the selected country for only $55 per couple.  Wine pairings from the region selected may be added for an additional $10 per couple.  Guests may request a specific dish for chefs to prepare as part of the interactive promotion, but all requests may not be fulfilled.

         The new culinary adventure kicks off on February 1, and the first dinner is scheduled for Friday, March 7.  Around the World with Food at BSG will be held on the first Friday of every month from 5 to 10 p.m.  For reservations or more information, contact (423) 424-3700.
