NBRI Recognizes Celebrity Staff Parent Company with Circle of Excellence

(NBRI) to its Circle of Excellence, which recognizes organizations that demonstrate a high regard for improving customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

To evaluate the attitudes and perceptions of C&A’s workforce, NBRI analyzed employee responses to 160 questions covering a variety of organizational topics.  C&A qualified for this honor by scoring at or above the 75th percentile when measured against NBRI’s Benchmarking Database of all companies surveyed nationally.
