Groupiful quietly launched its beta version on January 9th.

Designed to simplify group work, Groupiful provides groups with the tools they need to collaborate on projects and achieve their goals.  Group members can share files, manage tasks, schedule events, create notes and have discussions.

One of Groupiful’s strongest features is the ease at which it allows users to work with multiple groups.  The Dashboard helps users monitor their groups and activity by aggregating and displaying the most important information from all of their groups.

Groupiful offers both free and paid accounts.  Its free account is more than enough to get started – users can create or join up to 10 groups, each with 10 users and 100 MB of storage.
