Swain states, “Our release events go beyond the publishing of an issue. It’s about supporting art, stimulating commerce and bringing like-minded individuals together.” When asked about his favorite dish at Carson House, he added, “I am an East Coast native, and my soft-spot is New York style pizza. Their prime steak is terrific.”
Carson House offers a brand new dining experience in Beverly Hills. Complete with a mouth-watering raw bar, a bevy of dry aged prime steaks, New York style brick oven pizzas, 20+ artisan beers on draft, creative hand-crafted cocktails, select California wines and over 30 delicious new menu items to be enjoyed in a recently updated dining room and lounge.
The evening will also feature a special guest performance by US/ UK Recording Artist Sir Ben Marx (SBX), raffle, giveaways and more.
