A brand new test bench for pedelecs

KEMPTEN (ALLGÄU), Germany - Jan. 30, 2014 - PRLog -- This EPAC test bench was developed for a heavy duty industrial use at the End-Of-Line. Very easy to handle and fully automated. It works like a "pit stop".

Ride on the test bench and pedal to the top speed until the air drag starts getting harder. If the assistance declines, the speed limit is reached. After the braking, the bike is pushed out of the drum pit and the test bench is ready for the next test.

The time for a complete cycle is approximately 25 seconds.

An integrated display shows the actual speed and the test result (passed, to fast or to slow).

With proportional or individual air-drag (continuous power < 600 W  standard / > 600 W special).
With a fast adaptation to different wheel bases. From small bikes for children up to long touring pedelecs.

No complex software or training. Ready for "plug & play". Fast, robust and reliable. Heavy duty, with steel drums. Very flat!
With an integrated computer/electronic. (The system is able to work with battery!)
