Sherry Ajluni- High energy, creative, driven and caring describes her well. She uses her 10 years in corporate branding and advertising to develop marketing plans for the team and to deliver the best results for our sellers. Sherry only works on the listing side so you can be sure she's not out showing property all day when she should be getting your home sold! Sherry is married with six children. She’s active in her church and community, currently working on drug prevention, awareness and parent support groups for the county.
Maria Livingston- Loyal, hard working, considerate and driven describes her well. She uses her experience as a secondary education teacher to listen to buyers needs and help place them with the perfect buyer's agent for them. She also uses her time at Sprint working in technology to help run the websites and other online marketing that connects the team to buyers for our listings. Maria is active in the Roswell Junior Women’s Club and the Chamber of Commerce.
Joy Bowman- Outgoing, organized, compassionate and hard working describes her well. Joy has 14 years of experience as a buyer's agent! She also uses her experience as a secondary education teacher to listen and decipher buyer's needs. Her patience is unbelievable! And sometimes, it takes patience to find just the right house! Stephanie Percynski –Creative, social, organized and hard working describes her well.  Stephanie is a Georgia native and has lived in the local area for 14 years.  Stephanie’s background in interior design, coupled with her exceptional customer service, is the perfect fit for our team and provides a value added service to you.  Stephanie assists buyers in finding a home that can accommodate their existing lifestyle while allowing for their dreams to grow. She was a five-year board member of Johns Creek Derby Day benefitting Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and serves as president of the Northview athletic association.
