HARRISBURG, Pa. - Jan. 28, 2014 - PRLog -- Veteran Broker/Manager Dave Smolizer Joins the Central PA Firm

Harrisburg, PA(January 27, 2014) – Coldwell Banker Select Professionals proudly announced this week the addition of David B. Smolizer to their firm as the Harrisburg Area Regional General Manager.  He will oversee operations on the west shore and east shore of Harrisburg as well as Hershey and Lebanon.

A true leader in the Central Pennsylvania Real Estate industry, Smolizer began his local Real Estate career in 1978. A recipient of numerous achievement awards from both the Harrisburg and Pennsylvania State Realtor associations including Realtor of the Year & the PAR Excellence award, Smolizer is well-known as a strong leader and innovator in his chosen field.   He also served as President of Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors.  Smolizer is not only a longtime sales & office manager; he keeps busy assisting his customers, too.  He is consistently in the top 5%-10% of all the agents in the Harrisburg Real Estate market.

Born and raised in the Harrisburg area, Smolizer currently resides in Camp Hill.  He has served as Chairman of the East Pennsboro Recreation Board for many years and is a Past Chairman of the Board of the West Shore YMCA.  He is a current board member for the Upper Dauphin  YMCA. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from LaSalle University in Philadelphia as well as several professional Real Estate certifications, including Associate Broker, Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, e-Pro and Certified Distressed Property Expert.
