South Shore Coalition on Mental Health and Aging Pie and Coffee Seminar Series

TAMPA, Fla. - Jan. 28, 2014 - PRLog -- The South Shore Coalition on Mental Health and Aging will continue its Pie and Coffee Seminar Series with a presentation entitled “Brain Fitness”, presented by Nicci Kobrtiz, CEO of Sci-Brain, http://www.scibrainhealth.com, located in Sarasota. The seminar is scheduled for Tuesday, February 18th at 1:30 P.M. at the Sun City Chamber of Commerce Office, 1651 Sun City Center Blvd. Sun City Center 33573.
Sci-Brain, in conjunction with the Roskamp Institute, has developed a new approach to improving brain fitness, based on recent, cutting-edge research. It centers on building up brain reserve, to optimize mental performance and protect the brain from the clinical manifestations of Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. The program starts with an analysis of the lifestyle factors of the individual, including diet, physical exercise, mental exercise and medical conditions.
