By: Sci-Brain Sci-Brain, in conjunction with the Roskamp Institute, has developed a new approach to improving brain fitness, based on recent, cutting-edge research. It centers on building up brain reserve, to optimize mental performance and protect the brain from the clinical manifestations of Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. The program starts with an analysis of the lifestyle factors of the individual, including diet, physical exercise, mental exercise and medical conditions. They then develop a personalized brain health plan, tailored to an individual’s lifestyle and health needs. To get more information on Sci- Brain, visit http://www.scibrainhealth.com.
