In this role, under the supervision of a physical therapist, DeSimone instructs, motivates, safeguards and assists patients with their therapeutic exercise programs.
DeSimone is a graduate of Endicott College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education and Exercise Science.
She has experience as a strength coach for athletes from elementary school through college. Prior to joining ProEx, DeSimone trained athletes at Repertoire Fitness; she has interned with Merrimack College, Vikings Baseball Club and was a student physical education teacher at Hannah Elementary School in Beverly.
DeSimone lives in her hometown of Reading. She is an active volunteer at Windrush Farms in North Andover, assisting those with physical and intellectual challenges ride horses. In her spare time she enjoys field hockey, running, hiking and the beach.
