Pemco Appoints Clinton Burgess As Chief Operating Officer And President

SARASOTA, Fla. - Jan. 28, 2014 - PRLog -- PEMCO, one of the country’s largest professional employer organizations (PEOs), is pleased to announce its recent hire of Clinton Burgess, as their Chief Operating Officer and President.  This is a new position for the rapidly growing company.  In this role, Burgess will contribute to the success of PEMCO through extensive business analysis and process improvements, and developing plans to support concurrent sales, revenue growth, and major cost savings.

Burgess comes to PEMCO with over 18 years of experience in the PEO industry.  He has been acknowledged for rich achievements in profit & loss management improvements, corporate turnarounds & stability, and project turnarounds.  Burgess has been successful in P&L management, multi-million dollar cost saving strategies, turnaround management, revenue growth, sales group leadership, and public speaking.  He is also accomplished in multi-million dollar program management, corporate operations, multi-million dollar budget management, and resource maximization.

Burgess was previously an Executive Vice President and General Manager at CoAdvantage (Global Employment Solutions PEO).  He also held the position of Vice President of Operations at Gevity HR/Staff Leasing LP.
