WebSan Solutions Inc. Announces New Features for its Time and Expense Management System

TORONTO - Jan. 28, 2014 - PRLog -- WebSan Solutions Inc. proudly announces new features for its Time and Expense Management System. The new version has been developed with a focus on additional functionality being available to utilize by system administrators. New options have been added to enhance existing user security groups in addition to enhancements to increase system performance.

Following is an outline of the new features that have been added to our Time and Expense Management System:

Employee Self  Service (ESS) – This feature provides employees with access to their personal records and payroll details and enables users to easily update their own Address information for update to Canadian and US payroll.

General Ledger Uploads - Users now have the ability to upload journal entries through a downloadable template and synch them to their Microsoft Dynamics GP General Ledger.

Expense Group Uploads - This feature will enable the upload of multi-user expense files. This functionality is intended to allow specified users set in the security options to upload expenses for submission on behalf of other users.

“This caters to clients who generally will have their users forward expenses to a specific department who is in turn responsible for entering these into the system”, said Andrew King, Managing Director of WebSan Solutions Inc. “So if your department is responsible for submitting expenses, you can now gather all the expense sheets and submit them at once with no hassle”.

Overriding Default Supervisors - Another new option in the User Management/ Security is the ability to set specific supervisors for users based on the type of document submission.

Miscellaneous enhancements– Ability to view timesheets submitted for approval in different views such as a grid or a list depending on user preference.
