Crowdfunding Success Stories on Google Hangouts

LOS ANGELES - Jan. 27, 2014 - PRLog -- Beginning crowdfunders have an opportunity to have their questions answered in three upcoming, free online events.


Lee Schneider, founder of Digital Fundraising School, will be interviewing Ellen Sperling, co-founder of youvegotfunds.com, in a live Google Hangout. The event is scheduled for Tuesday, January 28th, at 2pm PT.  Ms. Sperling will discuss how at YouveGotFunds experts help crowdfunders get funding, but also help them create, monitor, and execute a business plan. On Monday, February 3, at 12pm PT, Mr. Schneider will interview Rodrigo Davies of the MIT Center for Civic Media about crowdfunding for civic projects and non-profits. Participants will be able to ask Mr. Davies about how to position their civic crowdfunding projects for success.
