In her new role as President, Bobbitt will provide overall leadership in formulating and implementing the vision and strategic plan for GER. With over 20 years of experience in the corporate arena, Bobbitt brings a wealth of management, engineering and operational experience to her new position. She is a diversified global program management, operations, and aftermarket professional who previously worked within the Fortune 500 environment. Within GER, she has been responsible for directing all management activities associated with the quoting, contract negotiation, and order fulfillment of the HC Standard® software suite at local, state, and federal government locations.
Bobbitt’s former experience includes multiple positions at Ingersoll Rand including Director of Worldwide Technical Services and Aftermarket Support where she directed the sales, new product development and marketing activities of the $60M Service Parts business for Club Car, Inc. Bobbitt previously led a $62M custom solutions business with full profit and loss responsibility;
Bobbitt received a Master of Science Management from Purdue University, Krannert School of Management, West Lafayette, IN; an M.B.A. from Tilburg University, TiasNimbas Business School Netherlands;
