The prize photo of the Architectural Gallery is Paul Perez’s shot of one of the World Trade Center Towers for the Hyatt Corporation, Trump Organization, & New Yorker Magazine. In Paul’s retelling of his story of how he captured the shot he stated, “I took off my shoes and socks, rolled up my pants, stepped into the fountain, and started shooting.” His unique shot captures a rare angle of Tower 2, displaying a dynamic range of tones comparable to a Maxfield Parrish painting. This photo has probably never been captured before and will never be again. Keep an eye out for news on when we open a limited artist run of this special capture of the World Trade Center.
The gallery features four (4) vintage pieces. Originally developed on Kodak Kodachrome 4×5 Prints, these rare pieces were all captured by our Nikon D800 equipped with the AF-S NIKKOR 24-120mm f/4G ED VR; Digitally restored to their former glory days.
The gallery also includes five (5) contemporary pieces shot for The Beechwood Organization;
