Served on a bun with either garlic jalapeño or garlic aioli and tangy toppings, the original patty is made from organic ingredients including sunflower seeds, brown rice, kale, mushrooms, carrots, broccoli, onions, and herbs. To further create a buzz around their burger, the Chef stuffed it with melted vegan daiya cheese, rich and flavorful caramelized onions and sautéed broccoli.
“Our stuffed veggie burgers are fully Vegan, gluten free, soy free, dairy free, kosher and all made in house,” owner of the Organic Grill, Julia Chebotar, explains. “We’re excited to make a veggie burger that we really haven’t seen done anywhere else!”
The Organic Grill has been around for 13 years, and is known within the Vegan community as a staple in the East Village. Constantly stirring up new, unique recipes, the Vegan Restaurant is always pushing the boundaries and stimulating all five senses of their customers.
