LOS ANGELES - Jan. 28, 2014 - PRLog -- Natural Hair Vlogger MahoganyCurls™ hosted the brand's first ever LIVE YouTube Q&A, Wednesday, January 22, 7 - 7:30 pm EST, receiving more than 800 questions in less than 30 minutes, as viewers tuned in from as far away as London, England!

Jessica Lewis, the powerhouse behind the brand, is excited about the new show and looks forward to being able to interact in real time with more followers every Wednesday!

"The questions were just pouring in!" exclaimed Lewis who receives questions and testimonies from members of the natural hair community daily. "My goal is to allow viewers to get a chance to ask me questions in real time. I also would like to show them that I am here to help, the best way I possibly can!"

Since Lewis underwent what is known as "the Big Chop" in 2009, and invited others to follow her along her journey, total social media and YouTube followers have grown to nearly 500,000, as they appreciate her honest sharing of her natural hair experiences.

"I'm not a hairstylist, and don't want to be perceived as one" states Lewis. Her desire is to share her journey and experiences, the ups and the downs, the do's and the don'ts, with natural hair newbies and veterans worldwide. She hopes to demystify many of the "natural hair myths" as she shares product reviews and weekly style tutorials, helping many to accomplish some of today's most popular natural hair styles without breaking the bank or their spirit. She seeks to encourage naturals to embrace "what God gave them" without fear or shame of judgment.
