Petoskey Festival Announces New Event Coordinators

PETOSKEY, Mich. - Jan. 27, 2014 - PRLog -- The Petoskey Festival on the Bay committee is pleased to announce the new festival coordinators for 2014.

Johnnie Walker, owner of J2xTrubL DJ & Event Services, and Marcie Wolf, owner of Wolf Byte Marketing, will be managing and coordinating the 12th Annual Petoskey Festival on the Bay as a team effort.

Walker has been involved with the festival since its inception 12 years ago and was responsible for coordinating music entertainment and beverage service. Wolf has served on the festival planning committee for the past eight years, coordinating marketing, advertising, and social media for the event.

"The 12th year will be the biggest and best festival our community has ever seen," said Marcie Wolf, Festival Co-Coordinator. "Johnnie and I are already working hard on bringing new events and a wide variety of music to this year's festival."

Festival on the Bay brings together the entire community and relies on dedicated volunteers each year to plan, coordinate, and run various events.

"I've been part of festival planning since its inception," stated Johnnie Walker, Festival Co-Coordinator. "The support from so many great local businesses and non profit organizations has shaped this event into a successful festival for Petoskey."

Petoskey's 12th Annual Festival on the Bay will be held Thursday, August 14 through Saturday, August 16, and will celebrate all that this waterfront community has to offer with great music, family events, teen dances, food vendors, and breathtaking sunsets.
