She will assist the Council Chairman in handling ISF business, working in close harmony with, and assuming responsibility for, matters delegated to her by the Chairman. Angles currently serves as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at FXall, a foreign exchange trading platform that is part of Thomson Reuters, where she is responsible for defining security policies and standards, developing and implementing risk management methods, monitoring key information risks and IT compliance. Additionally, Angles has worked for world class organizations such as Citigroup Corporate Investment Bank and Arthur Andersen. She is certified in information security management (CISM) and risk management (CRISC) from the Information Systems Audit and Control Association.
