Housing Trust Names Lee Hodges, VP of Development

Hodges brings more than 15 years of comprehensive real estate development, construction and management experience to the HTG team including real estate development and construction; project planning, budgeting and reporting; analyzing complex real estate documents and project management. He has managed billion-dollar real estate portfolios, oversaw commercial and residential real estate portfolios, and negotiated and closed nearly $1 billion in real estate sales and new construction and renovations.  Prior to joining HTG, Hodges was Senior Vice President of Development for Penn Florida in Boca Raton.  He has held similar positions working for other developers, community associations and property management companies.

Hodges is licensed as a Real Estate Broker and holds the designation of Community Association Manager (CAM). He received a Masters of Business Administration from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science from Kennesaw State University.
