New all-covering managementbook needs funding

The Fundamental Basics series presents the first book: International Trade. This book will be financed through crowdfunding.

Summary
Are you studying or teaching economics, and can't find the right book? Want to pursue a career in the international trade? Ever wanted to look up some things, and find out that you are searching in multiple books to find all the answers?

Those questions and more, are the key triggers that made me start writing this book (and hopefully many others to come...) Since college, I noticed that I had to use multiple books for one subject, simply because the teacher could not find the right book that covered all the information needed. Later during my bachelors, and even more later, at work, more often then not, I was searching, skimming hundreds if not thousands of pages, just to find a single sentence, or even to find out that information found was outdated, and not applicable anymore. That made me think, it can be done much better.

Therefore the book: The Fundamental Basics: International Trade. Curious? Please read further on what I need, and what you get, the impact, other ways you could help me out, and finally, the last info on the inside of the book.

What I Need & What You Get
Writing a book takes a lot of time for research, consolidating, and the writing itself ofcourse. To start up I would like to achieve my goal of at least $15.000 USD. This is to cover the following.

Where is your money going?

Compensation for time spent. (ofcourse, calculating all hours, it would be around USD 50.000 or more, but I assume that sales of the book will cover the rest.)
cost for website hosting
publishing cost
proofreader cost
Compensating for illustrator cost

What do you get in return?

depending on the amount of your contribution, there are various perks, hopefully interesting enough for you. (If you have another idea, please share with me, we can figure something out....)

mentioning of your name in the book
receiving the book in hardcopy and as an ebook 1 month in advance of publishment
let you write 10 lines about whatever you want

For firms, institutions, etc:

 mentioning of your company/product/service at least 15 times in the book and website
using your company/product/service as a case study

and ofcourse any of the combinations of the above.

What if.....I don't reach the $ 15.000?

Hopefully, all you contributors will contribute heavily, and I will go far over the minimum of $15.000. Anyway, there is a possibility that it will not reach the $ 15.000. In that case, don't worry, I will still write the book! The only catch, is that I may postpone it to a maximum of 3 months.

What if.... I reach $ 50.000 or more?

Well, that would be very wonderfull. For me, but also for you! I have various ideas around certain topics for which I would like to write a book on. If, with all your contributions, I would reach $ 50.000 or more, then all perks will be valid for the following 2 books as well! So, for example you contributed $ 100, you would receive not only this book in hardcopy, but also the following 2 books!

The Impact

In my opinion, it is absolutely possible that the book will be used at various universities and highschools around the world. Companies can use it as a reference guide, and hopefully there are in the general public enough readers, who would like to have this book on their bookshelve.

The flying start you can give me will allow me to fully dedicate my time to this book, and possibly to my other books.

Further information about the book:

The book will be structured in 3 segments, each covering around 4-5 chapters. basically all parts of international trade will be covered. starting with the history of trade, then the international transaction, then the freight, then the customs, then payment and insurance. all presented in logical order.

Snippet from the introduction:

In trade outside Europe, a pro-forma invoice often accompanies the order confirmation. It is a preliminary document, showing how the final invoice might look like in the end. The pro-forma can be used for the customs clearance, or for Chamber of commerce legislation. Various customs in the world require a legalized pro-forma, which is done by a stamp and signature from the Chamber of Commerce. Also, an importer can start the customs clearance procedure (Import license, foreign currency permit, tax exemption) with the pro-forma, and for the payment arrangements such as a Letter of credit.
