Protecting Children from Lead Poisoning Discussed in New Online Video

PHOENIX - Jan. 26, 2014 - PRLog -- Today, the IAQ Video Network and Cochrane & Associates announced the release of their latest educational video.  Their newest production discusses lead hazards in and around the home and ways to protect children from lead poisoning.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), there are at least 4 million households that have children living in them that are being exposed to high levels of lead. The CDC goes on to report that there are approximately half a million U.S. children ages 1-5 with blood lead levels above 5 micrograms per deciliter, the reference level at which the agency recommends public health actions be initiated.
