AXA Gulf wins ‘Insurer of Year’ honour for 5th consecutive year at MENA Insurance Awards

DUBAI, UAE - Jan. 26, 2014 - PRLog -- In a major boost to its market leadership and reputation in the Middle East and North Africa, AXA Gulf – one of the largest non-life international insurers in the Middle East – has won top recognitions and honours at the MENA Insurance Awards 2014.

AXA Gulf won the Insurer of the Year award at the MENA Insurance Awards for the fifth consecutive year, which speaks volumes about its consistency to deliver world-class insurance products and services in the MENA region. Apart from this, AXA Gulf also walked away with Personal Lines Insurer of the Year award - a recognition it has won for the second time; and Bahrain Insurer of the Year honours for the first time.

The MENA Insurance Awards were given away on January 15, 2014 at The Address Downtown Dubai. Over 300 guests from across MENA region, including decision makers from leading Arab and international insurance and reinsurance companies, brokers and representatives from regulatory agencies as well as banks attended the gala event.

Awards across key categories were given away at the ceremony. The selection of AXA Gulf as the Insurer of the Year recognized its commitment to customers, innovation and consistent delivery of high quality coverage, product diversity, technical expertise, leadership and a strong, persistent financial performance.
