In January 2013, the company started out with three employees and grew to fifteen employees by years end and received top rankings from their client in the state of Michigan. Zone Marketing plans to expand into an additional three markets in 2014. In order to support their growth efforts, Zone Marketing is taking an aggressive stance in terms of recruiting.
President Scott Sanhamel, says "We are looking for quality people that we can bring into our company and develop for our management training program. We need growth in terms of employees by roughly 400 percent by the end of 2014. Zone Marketing is looking for candidates who have management aspirations. We believe that strong leaders lead from the front. By having served in every position within our management Development Program, our managers demonstrate leadership with a willingness to get their hands dirty and work as a team, not just coach from the sidelines". While Zone Marketing has established themselves as a top performer in the state of Michigan, the company also has aspirations to become a leader nationwide for their client.
