SaiCorpIndia - Southern Asiana Industrials Launches DTCP Approved Plots in Padappai, Off GST

Jan. 24, 2014 - PRLog -- SaiCorpIndia - SOUTHERN ASIANA INDUSTRIALS Private Limited has taken up a new residential plot layout project for promotion at Padappai near ANNA International Airport and Tambaram, Chennai City. The project — SRI Lakshmi Nagar — will comprise 70 plots. The plot size varies from 600sq ft to 2,500sq ft with spaces allocated for parks and shops.

According to its managing director Venkataraman, since the project is located near the SEZ hub, it is getting a lot of enquirers from mid-level IT / SEZ employees. The project sprawling in a 2.5-acre land area, with plots size varying from 600sq.ft to 2500sq.ft. The company has announced its launch offer  at   Rs. 1600/- Per sq.ft, and earlier was planned for Rs.1799/- Per sq.ft. Plots in Sri Lakhmi nagar are all eligible for residential plot loans by 70% in all Nationalised and Private Banks, says Venkataraman.
