Hickman, Ph.D., SFNCBW Founder and President Emeritus, I Lee Murphy Reed, SF NCBW 3rd Vice President & Tea Chairperson, Ridwana Bentley; Mistress of Ceremonies, Veteran Broadcaster, Rosie Lee Allen; 2014 Honorees include: Kimberly Bryant, Black Girls code (Entrepreneur); Dr. Dorothy J. Tsuruta, Chair of African Studies, College of Ethnic Studies SF State (Education); Bettie Hodges, The Hannah Project (Community Service); Lenora Bryant, Freedom Fighter, marched with Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. (Golden Girl); Sheila Antrum, Chief Nursing Officer UCSF Medical Cener & UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital (Trail Blazer); Christine Harris, Board President, San Francisco Jazz Heritage Society (Arts); Gloria Brown, Founder, African American Community Health Advisory Committee (Health); and Teveia Barnes, Executive Director of the California Infrastructure and Economic Development Bank (IBank).
