H. Allen Brown Named Senior Director at Lee & Associates Atlanta

ATLANTA - Jan. 23, 2014 - PRLog -- Lee & Associates, one of the largest commercial real estate firms in the country, has named H. Allen Brown senior director in the firm’s Atlanta office.

Brown brings more than 40 years of experience providing real estate investment counseling and transaction services to corporate, private and institutional owners. While his primary focus will be on the office market, Brown will also be involved in retail and land transactions.

During his career, Brown has specialized in midtown and downtown Atlanta, and has represented many local, regional and national tenants such as Chick-fil-A, Drug Emporium, Wachovia, Varelco, Ethan Allen and Sports Life. He has leased and sold many large retail strip centers in and around Atlanta. In addition, he has represented every major bank in downtown Atlanta including Trust Company of Georgia (SunTrust) in the 1990 negotiation of their 425,000-square-foot service center lease.
